Pasok na sa Philippine junior team si Alexander Georg Eichler dahil sa triple-gold performance sa 44th Southeast Asian Age (SEA) Group Swimming Championships.
Ang 15-anyos na si Eichler, na Pinay ang ina at Aleman ang ama ay namuno sa 50-meter, 100-meter at 200-meter butterfly sa Boys’ 14-15 Group 2 category sa National Aquatic Center sa Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia noong Dis. 17 - 19.
Rumehistro siya ng 26.09 seconds sa 50-meter butterfly at ungusan si Jeremy Elyon Ganesha ng Indonesia (26.16) at Nusit Suwanhiranporn ng Thailand (26.38).
Sa 100-meter butterfly, naorasan si Eichler ng 56.62 seconds at talunin si Ibrahim Faqih ng Indonesia (57.53) at Muhammad Dhuha Zulfikry ng Malaysia (57.99). Nabura rin niya ang tournament record na 56.9 seconds na itinala ni Vietnamese Ngo Dinh Chuyen noong 2016.
Ang panalo ni Eichler sa 200-meter butterfly na naorasan ng 2:07.04 ay wagi vs. Ngoc Minh Hoang Tan ng Vietnam (2:09.37) at Wongsakorn Patsamarn (2:09.37).
Ang 5-foot-9 na si Eichler ay bahagi ng silver-medalist team sa 18-and-under 4x100-meter relay team kina Jamesray Misael Ajido, Ivo Nikolai Enot at Jalil Sephraim Taguinod.
Mayroon din siyang two bronze medals mula sa boys 4x100-meter freestyle relay kakampi sina Ajido, Santos at Juan Marco Alfonso Daos, at mixed 4x100-meter freestyle relay kina Enot, Amina Isabelle Bungubung at Filipino-British Heather White.
Si Eichler ay incoming Grade 10 student sa Elly-Heuss-Schule Wiesbaden, na may Sports Talent Promotion Program sa swimming. Pinakabata siya sa dalawang anak ni Pinay Caroline Paredes at Christoph Eichler, isang Information Technology consultant.
Ang 19-anyos na si Adrian Phillip ay miyembro ng Philippine team at sumagupa sa 2022 Vietnam SEA Games, 2019 World Junior Swimming Championships sa Budapest, Hungary, at sa SEA Age Group Swimming Championships sa Manila (2018) at Cambodia (2019).
Ang 2022 SEA Age Group Championships ang ikalawang international tournament ni Eichler matapos ang 8th FINA World Junior Championships sa Lima, Peru noong Setyembre.
