Nagkampeon si Mangin sa women’s -49 kilogram class ng World Taekwondo Junior Championships sa Chuncheon, South Korea, na kauna-unahang nagawa ng Pinoy sa halos 3 dekada mula nang magwagi si Alex Borromeo sa men’s -47kg division noong 1996 worlds sa Barcelona, Spain.
Nanguna naman sina Colonia at Inan sa women’s 45kg at 49kg categories para sa 2 gold medals para sa ranked 3rd overall ng Pilipinas sa may 28 bansa ng 2024 International Weightlifting Federation World Junior Championships sa Leon, Spain.
Kasama nila sina 2024 US Junior Girls champion Rianne Mikhaela Malixi ng golf at wushu’s Alexander Gabriel Delos Reyes at Asian junior gymnastics gold medalist Karl Eldrew Yulo at table tennis youth champion Kheith Rhynne Cruz sa awards ceremony na sinuportahan ng Philippine Sports Commission, MVP Sports Foundation, Ayala Malls at Smart.
Una naman sina Muay thai world-beaters Janbrix Ramiscal at Lyre Anie Ngina, chess Olympiad gold medalist Ruelle Canino sa listahan ng Super Kids Award category sa gala ng Philippine Sports Commission-Philippine Paralympic Committee-Philippine Olympic Committee (PSC-PPC-POC) Media Group.
