Nakasama ni KC Concepcion ang amang si Gabby Concepcion sa birthday celebration niya noong April 7. Ipinost ni KC sa kanyang Instagram Stories ang birthday celebration niya with her dad at ibang kaibigan.  

Sa larawan, makikita sina Gabby at KC na may hawak na balloon na may nakasulat na, “HBD.”

Ipinost din ni KC ang birthday greetings sa kanya ni Garie Concepcion na sabi, “Thank you for always trying your best to be the Ate that you are. Thank you for bringing us altogether and for always making your “little” sisters (and niece) feel loved. You know the rest!
