Trending kamakailan ang mga hubad na larawan sa social media ng Filipino crooner na si Markki Stroem kaya marami ang nagkainteres dito at ginrab at kani-kanyang post sa kanilang social media account.

Ang mga nasabing larawan ay saktong ipinost ni Markki noong kaarawan niya, Marso 21, na nakakuha kaagad ng atensiyon.

Post pa ni Markki sa kanyang Twitter account, “By popular demand, I have decided to share even more from this shoot my inner thoughts. I have decided to share the BEHIND THE SCENES footage for the next few days until the end of my birthday week. You can check the #BEHINDTHESCENES albums here: http://Patreon.com/Markkistroem.”

Pero ilang araw pa lang ang nakalipas ay kinasuhan na ng binata ng copyright claim si @pinoytrendings dahil ginrab nito ang content na pag-aari ni Markki.

Tweet ni Markki, “Done. Filed a copyright claim against @pinoytrendings. I’m sorry, but Piracy is a crime. There are people who subscribed to this content, do not steal from them either. This is not me being shrewd, I am just being fair.”

Kasabay ng kanyang tweet ang pag-repost ng link ng account kung saan inilabas ang mga larawan at pati ang convo nila ng kinasuhan niya.

Tweet pa ni Markki, “Time to make an example of someone who stole my exclusive content. My lawyer has been able to track down his IP address and I will be processing papers tomorrow for piracy. If you are my friend, I am a better friend. If you cross me, well… Let's just say I’m an Aries.”

Kaagad naming pinadalhan ng mensahe si Markki tungkol dito at kung saan siya nag-file at sino ang may hawak ng kaso.

Kinlaro muna sa amin ng binata na hindi siya totally naked sa mga nasabing larawan.

Aniya, “I was wearing a sock on my privates. So, parang Bench lang. No full nudity at all.”

At ang paliwanag ng singer-actor kung bakit siya nagsampa ng copyright claim, “Ah, Regs, my lawyers are from the States. Copyright laws are very stern sa States from the DMCA or Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

“All the photos on my patreon, which is a site dedicated to artists who practice photography, painters, singers, hosts, basically everyone who lost their job during the pandemic can release their art for a fee. Walang full frontal nudity or porn sa site ko.

“This is all tasteful content or behind the scenes content to teach people how to do a nude shoot without being naked.

“Once you register for the site, all content updated will be copyrighted. Because it is a US site, they have very strict laws. So everyone who stole my content have been notified. They will have to wait lang for the DCMA to get in contact with them.

“Piracy is a crime, again, I am not being shrewd, they are also stealing from the people who are subscribing to my behind the scenes content.”

Samantala, kahit hindi visible ngayon sa mga programa sa telebisyon si Markki ay regular naman siyang napapakinggan sa radyo bukod pa sa nagtayo siya ng negosyo sa panahon ng pandemya.
