Dear Demi,
Para sa inyong kaalaman, upang maging opisyal ang paggamit ng apelyido ng kanyang ama ng inyong anak, ayon sa Rules 4-5 ng Rules and Regulations Governing the Implementation of Republic Act No. 9255 (An Act Allowing Illegitimate Children to Use the Surname of their Father, Amending for the Purpose, Article 176 of Executive Order No. 209, Otherwise Known as the Family Code of the Philippines), kakailanganin ninyong magsumite ng pampublikong dokumento ng pagkilala (affidavit of recognition), o kaya naman ay affidavit to use the surname of the father (AUSF) kasama ang certificate of live birth sa local civil registry office (LCRO) kung saan isinilang ang inyong anak.
Ibig sabihin, kahit na kayo ay hindi kasal, maaaring gamitin ng inyong anak ang apelyido ng kanyang ama basta’t makapagsusumite lang ng mga dokumentong nabanggit sang-ayon sa batas.
Sana ay nabigyan namin ng linaw ang inyong katanungan. Ang payong aming ibinigay ay base lamang sa impormasyon na inyong inilahad at maaaring magbago kung mababawasan o madaragdagan ang mga detalye ng inyong salaysay.

Ako po yong nag sent nang message above re non participation of that syndicated estafa filed against my ex-hubby and his group, i filed my nullity of marriage last jan 16, 2016 po not 2021..nalilito na talaga ako dahil may WOA na eto issued last July of 2019.
My point here is kailangan ba talaga ako mapasama dito when where no longer living together dahil separate lives na, kami since late of 2015 I, living with my children in my ownhouse while he with his other woman.
The case of syndicated estafa was filed in the year 2017 and was dismissed twice earlier on the same year at the RTC Cebu due to lack of probable cause.…

My husband and I were no longer living in the same roof in fact my nullity pf marriage was filed last January 16, 2021 whom I thought my lady lawyer pfelt the sufferings I've been through for the past 25years. My question is, is their a posibility that the crime my ex have committed without my knowledge and with NON PARTICIPATION due to the fact that we lived on each own by this time happened? By the way our children are staying with me while he with his other woman.
Sydicated estafa was filed against them and his other business partners that includes me.
