“Yes I did not sleep but I ate and I took breaks. Maybe every 30 minutes I would take 5 to 10-minute breaks. It depends on my condition, but no sleep,” ani Ellen.

Ayon pa sa aktres, kinailangan niyang gawin ang exercise na ito to strengthen her will and courage.

“Need that in life. You have to exercise that muscle and also I kept my word to finish what I started,” she said.

That I can talk to myself for 26 hours, that was the longest time that I have talked to myself straight, 26 hours dealing with myself, talking to myself, I never imagined I could do that.”

“After some point, your body shuts down. In my case, my right leg was shut, I was in a lot of pain but I was committed. I wanted to finish it.

“So when your body shuts down, the mind takes over so it was mind over matter. And I had to deal with a lot of emotions. I was frustrated, angry, I was questioning myself. But also at some point, I was feeling happy and fulfilled, and content,” aniya.

Matatandaang umamin si Ellen last March that she was undergoing mental training program in Bali, Indonesia at ipinost pa niya ang mga exercises na pinagdaanan.

“To everyone asking, I did mental training because I was stuck in this black hole for almost three years. My anti-depressants didn't do me any good, it made me immobile and numb. I was getting weaker mentally and emotionally — something had to be done,” ang post niya noong Marso.
