Transaksiyon sa GSIS, contactless na, mas pinadali pa!

Hello, Bulgarians! Inilunsad kamakailan ng Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ang online version ng GSIS Guide to Transactions and Processes (GTAP). GTAP ang unang electronic at online Citizen’s Charter (gabay sa basic frontline at iba pang serbisyo sa mga pampublikong kompanya) sa gobyerno ng Pilipinas.

Maaaring ma-access ang GTAP sa pamamagitan ng website ng GSIS at malapit nang maging available sa mobile application na GSIS Touch. Maaari itong ma-access ng publiko sa pamamagitan ng pag-type ng https://gtap.gsis.gov.ph/ sa web browser.

“Last year, GTAP was only accessible through kiosks situated in GSIS offices nationwide. Now, we made it available online to protect our members and pensioners from the virus. You can now download and install GTAP in any mobile phone to be guided in transacting with GSIS.

You can also access it in our website@ www.gsis.gov.ph. So far, GTAP is the first of its kind in the government. We transformed our Citizen’s Charter into a user-friendly and more accessible form in the process of complying with Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Delivery of Government Services Act,” saad ni GSIS President and General Manager Rolando Ledesma Macasaet.

Nagsimula ang GTAP noong nakaraang taon bilang information kiosk na matatagpuan sa GSIS main office at branch offices sa buong bansa. Sa halip na basahin ang charter ng GSIS mula sa tarpaulin, maaaring gamitin ng mga miyembro ang touch screen feature nito upang basahin ang impormasyon sa mga serbisyo ng GSIS; mabilis na gabay sa step-by-step na proseso; eligibility at mga requirement; at GSIS personnel na may pananagutan sa bawat transaksiyon.

“Through GTAP, GSIS translates its commitment to provide uninterrupted and flexible service especially during the pandemic. COVID-19 has dramatically changed the public service delivery landscape and we have to respond accordingly by using contactless and convenient methods of serving our members and pensioners,” dagdag ni Macasaet.

Noong unang ipinataw ang community quarantine sa buong bansa, agad na kumilos ang GSIS na tumanggap ng mga aplikasyon ng loan at claim sa pamamagitan ng contactless na pamamaraan upang magpatuloy sa paglilingkod sa publiko.
