Hello, Bulgarians!

“We are ready to assist our members affected by Typhoon Crising through the Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan,” pahayag ni Secretary Jose Ramon P. Aliling, namumuno sa Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development at chairperson ng 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees. “We continue to closely monitor developments and are prepared to provide immediate aid in areas that may be declared under a state of calamity in the coming days. This is part of our continuing effort in heeding the call of President Marcos to deliver timely relief and support to those in need,” aniya.

“When calamities strike, we at Pag-IBIG understand that our members in affected areas need immediate financial assistance. For this reason, we make sure that all our services and benefits remain accessible to our members. Even while our offices and personnel in typhoon-hit areas have also been affected, our branches remain open and are ready to receive loan applications and housing loan insurance claims. We are also set to deploy our Lingkod Pag-IBIG On-Wheels to initially go around these areas once roads are accessible, to further bring our services closer to our members who are most in need. And, for members who have internet access, the Virtual Pag-IBIG is ready to accept their Calamity Loan applications online. During these trying times, our members can continue to count on Lingkod Pag-IBIG,” saad ni Acosta.

Hello, Bulgarians!

“This recognition from the COA, which Pag-IBIG Fund has earned for the 12th consecutive year, is a result of Pag-IBIG Fund’s commitment towards excellence and integrity in managing our members’ funds. We stay true to our mandate of providing secured savings and shelter financing in line with the directive of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. of providing means for Filipinos to achieve a better quality of life,” saad ni Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar, namumuno sa Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development and Chairman at sa 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees.

“Pag-IBIG Fund achieved several milestones in 2023. Our financial standing remains strong, as we concluded 2023 with a record-high net income before MP2 returns of P49.79 billion. Pag-IBIG Fund also surpassed its housing records by releasing a total of P126.04 billion in housing loan takeouts, the highest home loans released during a single year in its 43-year history. This helped 96,848 members acquire new or better homes. Membership savings collection also reached a record high, with membership savings collections amounting to P89.26 billion. All these enabled Pag-IBIG Fund to declare P48.76 billion in dividends, which was distributed to its members as earnings on their savings for said year — highest in the history of Pag-IBIG Fund,” pahayag ni Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene C. Acosta.

“Earning the ‘unmodified opinion’ for the 12th consecutive year further signifies how we were able to achieve our best performance while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. Our members and stakeholders can rest assured that we will remain their reliable partner and that we will continue to serve them with Tapat na Serbisyo, Mula sa Puso,” dagdag pa ni Acosta.

Hello, Bulgarians!

“Establishing durable partnerships with cooperatives is crucial in securing the active SSS membership of our members as well as in fulfilling member-borrowers’ responsibility to pay their monthly amortizations regularly,” pahayag ni Macasaet.

“In providing such assistance to its members, the cooperatives may claim a service fee of P6.00 from SSS for every processed and approved transaction,” dagdag pa ni Macasaet.

“It will give their members a more convenient way of conducting SSS transactions through Hamtic and Belison MPC. It will also help them save money because they no longer have to visit SSS Antique, which is approximately 8 to 16 kilometers away from their towns, for their SSS transactions,” pahayag ni Macasaet.
