SEN. LITO, NAG-FILE NG RESOLUTION PARA KILALANIN NG SENADO ANG GALING NI KATHRYN

Binati ng Senado si Kathryn Bernardo nang bigyan siya ng Outstanding Asian Star Award ng Seoul International Drama Awards 2023.

Napanalunan ni Kath ang award dahil sa kanyang role sa 2 Good 2 Be True kapareha ang boyfriend na si Daniel Padilla.

Si Senator Lito Lapid ang nagrekomenda na kilalanin ng Senado ang award na natanggap ni Kath na inihandog ng aktres sa mga Pilipino nang siya ay magbigay ng acceptance speech.

Nag-file ng Senate Resolution No. 810 ang aktor-pulitiko.

Ang nakapaloob sa resolution:

“Kathryn Bernardo, a talented and accomplished Filipina actress, has consistently showcased her exemplary skills, dedication, and passion in the field of acting, captivating both local and international audiences, including Filipinos residing abroad."

The resolution also stated that Kathryn’s international recognition is not just good for her career but this also brings pride to the people of the Philippines.

“This remarkable achievement by Ms. Bernardo underscores the importance of recognizing and nurturing Filipino talents on the international stage, demonstrating that our artists possess the capability to excel and compete globally,” ayon pa sa ipinasang resolution ng senador.

Taun-taon, anim na bansa ang pinagpipilian ng Seoul International Drama Awards – Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, at ang Philippines – to win the Outstanding Asian Star award.
