Maaari nang i-text ng mga concerned citizens ang kanilang hinaing at suhestiyon sa pamahalaan nang libre, ayon sa Malacañang ngayong Miyerkules.
Sa inilabas na pahayag ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, sinabi nito na idinagdag ng Office of the President ang text service platform na 8888 Citizen’s Complaint Center (8888 CCC) upang malaman ang hinaharap na problema ng mga simpleng mamamayan.
Aniya, “Citizens can now simply text 8888 from both Globe and Smart and their affiliate telcos and raise their concerns, complaints and grievances on graft and corrupt practices by government officials and employees and slow and inefficient delivery of government services and requests for government assistance, free of charge.”
Dagdag pa nito, one text away na lamang ang pagsumbong sa mga korap, tamad at walang kakayahang maging opisyal sa gobyerno.
