Hello, Bulgarians! Kamakailan ay pinondohan ng Pag-IBIG Fund ang 2,968 socialized homes para sa mga minimum-wage at low-income member ngayong first three months ng 2023, ayon sa mga top executives.
Ang socialized home loans ay bumubuo ng 14% ng 21,870 units na pinondohan ng ahensya mula Enero hanggang Marso ngayong taon. Samantala, ang halaga ng socialized home loan ay kumakatawan sa 5% o P1.26 bilyon mula sa P27.57 bilyon na home loan na inilabas ng ahensya para sa taong ito.

With the Pag-IBIG Affordable Housing Program, we provide the unserved and underserved sectors, particularly low-wage earners in our country, the opportunity to own a home. All these are in line with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. to provide our fellow Filipinos with better and dignified lives,” pahayag ni Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar, namumuno sa Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) at sa 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees.
Ang Affordable Housing Program (AHP) ng Pag-IBIG Fund ay para sa mga miyembro mula sa mga sektor na mababa ang kita at minimum na sahod na kumikita ng hanggang P15,000 kada buwan sa National Capital Region (NCR), at hanggang P12,000 kada buwan sa labas ng NCR. Sa ilalim ng AHP, tinatamasa ng mga borrower ang subsidized rate na 3% kada taon para sa mga pautang sa bahay na hanggang P580,000 para sa mga proyektong socialized subdivision, at hanggang P750,000 na mga proyektong socialized condominium.
Sinabi ni Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta na ang espesyal rate ng AHP na 3% kada taon – isang rate na ibinigay ng ahensya para sa mga miyembrong mababa ang kita mula noong Mayo 2017 – ay nananatiling pinakamababa sa merkado.
Nagtatampok din ang loan program ng 100% loan-to-value ratio na nagbibigay-daan sa mga borrower na masiyahan sa equity-free na pagbili ng mga housing unit.

With the AHP, the monthly payment for a socialized housing unit is as low as P2,445.30, which is lower than the cost of rent in most parts of the country.
