TONI, DAWIT SA KASOSYO SA NEGOSYONG KAKASUHAN DAHIL SA ILEGAL NA GAWAIN
Julie Bonifacio - @Winner | December 30, 2020

Bina-bash daw ngayon sa social media si Wong for her anti-Duterte commentary.
Filipinos, after all, can criticize the government, including the president.
Pero ang problema diumano, Wong is holding a Taiwan passport. She's just using daw a Special Investor's Resident Visa (SIRV) and her real name allegedly is Yun-I Wang.
Diumano, nagtatago ito somewhere dahil wanted by the Interpol for charges of investment fraud worth billions.
Ito diumano ang rason kung bakit posibleng malagay sa alanganin si Wong with the Bureau of Immigration dahil sa kanyang political posts.
Malinaw din daw sa Immigration laws na nagbabawal sa foreign nationals residing or visiting the Philippines from engaging in any political activity in the country.
Bukod d'yan, may latest issue pa raw na kinakaharap si Wong. Lumabas sa news ang isang request with the NBI and the Food and Drug Administration to investigate cases of regulated products being sold online from sellers who do not have license to operate.
Everyday Colognes do not have the required Certificate of Notification from the FDA.
If the FDA declared that their company has no license and certification, the partners could be charged for violating of Republic Act 8711, or the FDA Act of 2009.
According to Section 12 of the said law, violators of this act could suffer the penalty of imprisonment ranging from one (1) year but not more than ten (10) years or a fine of not less than fifty thousand pesos (P50,000.00) but not more than five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00).
