May isyu pala kay Martin del Rosario at may kinalaman ito sa nauna na siyang nabakunahan ng COVID-19 vaccine.

May mga nag-react kasi nang i-post ng isa sa major cast ng Voltes V: Legacy na nabakunahan na siya at hawak pa nga ang vaccination card issued ng Quezon City health authorities.

Ang caption ni Martin sa kanyang post ay: “Got my first dose today,” at dito na nag-react ang mga netizens. Bakit daw nauna nang nabakunahan si Martin? Bata pa raw ito at mukhang healthy. Wala pa siya sa priority list na dapat unahin mabakunahan?

Heto ang sagot ni Martin sa mga nag-react, “Asthma runs in the family. From my mom, to my aunties and to my sister, although mine is non-allergic asthma and is relatively mild.

“I started having bouts with asthma after high school. It was difficult for me to deal with it during that time as I was busy juggling college life and showbiz. Stress was one trigger for an attack.

“I still have occasional bouts with it especially when I’m stressed. It is also usually triggered by the sudden change of weather. This is the reason why I do regular workouts to strengthen my lungs and increase my lung capacity. Plus, of course, I take medication and supplements for my overall wellness,” sabi pa nito.

Dahil sa asthma, napabilang si Martin sa A3 category o mga taong may comorbidities at nasa third priority list siya. Pero, may mga hindi nakuntento sa kanyang paliwanag dahil idinaan daw niya sa palakasan.

May nagpayo naman na dapat, hindi na niya ipinost na nabakunahan na siya para walang isyu.
