‘The Face of Philippine Sports’


Pinarangalan bilang Male and Female Athletes of the Year sina two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo at WTA Guadalajara Open champion at 2025 SEA Games gold medalist Alex Eala sa ginanap na 2025 Philippine Sportswriters Association Awards.


Ito ay matapos ang kanilang natatanging tagumpay sa kani-kanilang larangan at ang karangalang ibinigay nila sa bansa sa nakalipas na taon sa sports.


Matatandaang ito na ang ikalawang beses na tinanggap ni Yulo ang naturang parangal matapos din itong ipagkaloob sa kanya noong 2024, habang si Eala naman ay unang beses na kinilala bilang Athlete of the Year ng award-giving body.
