Sumuko na si Albuera, Leyte Mayor Kerwin Espinosa sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Cebu, ngayong Huwebes, Pebrero 5.


Kinumpirma ito ni NBI spokesperson Palmer Mallari matapos maglabas ng warrant of arrest ang Cebu Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 14 laban kay Espinosa at iba pa dahil sa kasong murder.


Bukod kay Espinosa, sumurender din ang dalawa pang kapwa akusado nito.


Walang namang piyansang inirekomenda ang korte.
