Inilipat na ang nasa 450 persons deprived of liberties ng Bureau of Corrections mula New Bilibid Prison at Correctional Institution for Women sa Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm sa Puerto Princesa, Palawan kahapon.
Kabilang sa paglipat ang 396 PDL mula sa medium security compound ng NBP, apat mula sa maximum security compound, at 50 mula sa Correctional Institution for Women sa Mandaluyong City.
Ayon kay BuCor Director General Gregorio P. Catapang, Jr., alinsunod ito sa planong isara ang NBP at CIW sa 2028 at gawing isang commercial development na pinangalanang BuCor Global City at isang government center.
