Nagsalita na si Sen. Chiz Escudero tungkol sa pinag-uusapan ngayong “new look” niya at ang pagiging fashionista especially nang sumama siya sa misis niyang si Heart Evangelista kamakailan sa Paris Fashion Week sa Paris.

Sa panayam ni Karen Davila for Headstart, isa sa mga naitanong sa mister ni Heart ang tungkol nga sa malaking pagbabago sa kanya ngayon especially sa kanyang pananamit.

“Netizens say there is ‘a new Chiz Escudero,’ right? I can’t resist. You’re out in fashion week more surprisingly, right? There are more photos of you everywhere and yet netizens also commenting, you look different. So, ang tanong ngayon as being a senator and frankly, you being in the news all my life is, what’s happening, Senator?” ang tanong ni Karen.

Paglilinaw ng senador, hindi siya parte ng Paris Fashion Week at naroroon lang daw siya bilang alalay ni Heart.

“I’m not part of fashion week, Karen. Ako lang ‘yung alalay sa likod ng asawa ko tuwing may fashion week at libre at bakante ako,” aniya.

“Ako ‘yung taga-laba, taga-luto, taga-linis, taga-tahi kapag may kailangang tahiin,” dagdag niya.

Aminado naman siyang umaawra-awra rin siya pero ‘yun ay dahil napipilit siya.

“Minsan lang umaawra-awra, pero hindi palagi ‘yun. Nakukumbinse lang at napipilit,” he said.

Sa mga papuri namang natatanggap niya that he’s looking good, ayon sa senador ay mas concern niya ang good health and longevity.

“In so far as the others are concerned, well, Karen, like you, tumatanda tayo and our objective should be longevity, not really to look good or be good but be healthy, to preserve and have longevity. Longevity should be the objective, Karen,” paliwanag ng mister ni Heart.
