Hello, Bulgarians! Ang Social Security System (SSS) at ang local government unit (LGU) ng Burgos ay lumagda ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) para sa paglikha ng SSS E-Centers sa 14 na Barangay nito.
Nagpahayag ng pasasalamat si SSS Alaminos Branch Head Arch. Jose Alvin M. Altre sa LGU Burgos sa pagsuporta sa “SSS E-Center sa Barangay” Program.
“Most SSS transactions are already available online. However, we know that a large percentage of our population is having difficulty using digital platforms and are forced to visit the SSS branch office or engage with fixers. With the E-Center sa Barangay Program, we can bring SSS services closer to the Barangay level. They can go straight to the barangay hall since IT resources are readily available for them to access various SSS digital platforms,” ayon kay Altre.
“It is a big help to our citizens, especially those who reside from far places. They usually travel to SSS Alaminos just to inquire or ask help from the branch personnel since they do not know how to file their claims online. With this program, I believe it will be more convenient and faster to complete their transaction with the help of our focal point person who SSS will train on the various SSS online transactions,” sabi ni Mayor Jesster Allan B. Valenzuela.
Sa ilalim ng MOA, ang SSS ay magsasagawa ng orientations, training, at hands-on tutorials sa mga nakatalagang LGU personnel at concerned barangays na mangangasiwa sa operasyon ng E-Centers. Ang SSS ay magbibigay ng napapanahon at makabuluhang feedback o mga update sa mga referral at query mula sa mga kinatawan.
Ang mga online services ng SSS na makukuha sa E-Centers ay mga aplikasyon para sa Social Security (SS) number; pagpaparehistro sa My.SSS Portal sa pamamagitan ng SSS Website; access sa mga rekord ng miyembro; i-update ang mga detalye ng contact; magpatala ng disbursement account sa pamamagitan ng Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM) ng mga miyembro; mag-apply para sa salary loan at ConsoLoan, kung may past due short-term member loan.
Dagdag pa, ang paghahain ng iba’t ibang claim tulad ng mga benepisyo sa pagkakasakit at maternity para sa mga self-employed at boluntaryong miyembro; at ang paghahain ng retirement, funeral, disability, at death claims ay makukuha rin sa pamamagitan ng My.SSS account ng mga miyembro.
