So sad naman ang nangyari sa TV host-actress na si Kim Chiu at sa ate nitong si Lakambini.
Kahapon, December 2, 2025, pormal nang naghain si Kim ng qualified theft complaint laban sa kanyang Ate Lakam.
Sa Instagram (IG) post ng Star Magic ay nagbahagi ito ng larawan kung saan makikita si Kim na tipong nanunumpa.
Saad ng Star Magic, “Asia’s Multimedia Idol Kim Chiu, together with her lawyers LEAPLAW Lilagan Espinosa & Presto Legal and Technical Consultancy, has formally filed a case against Lakambini Chiu at the Justice Cecilia Muñoz Palma Hall, DOJ (Department of Justice) Building, Quezon City, as of this morning.”
Samantala, sa isang exclusive report ng ABS-CBN News, naglabas ng opisyal na pahayag si Kim.
Saad ni Kim sa kanyang statement, “After careful consideration and months of internal review, I have made the difficult decision to file a legal case for qualified theft against my sister, Lakambini Chiu, in relation to serious financial discrepancies discovered within my business operations.
“Unfortunately, substantial amounts connected to my business assets were found missing. These discoveries forced me to take formal action to protect not just my company, but also the livelihoods of the people who work with me and the integrity of everything I have built.
“This is a private family matter that has now become a legal process. I am choosing transparency, responsibility, and accountability — not only for myself, but also for the brand and community that has supported me from the beginning.”
Sayang naman ang relasyon ng magkapatid na si Kim at Lakam. Sana sa huli ay mas piliin pa rin nilang magkasundo kahit para na lang sa kanilang mga magulang.
Anyway, side by side or miles apart, sisters will always be connected by heart.
At the end of the day, magkapatid pa rin sila, at sure si yours truly na maaayos din ang problema nila.
