“Now, I think that I moved to LA obviously, money is the biggest thing that I’ve sacrificed because I could be here in the Philippines doing the same thing I’ve been doing since I was 12, making lots of money,” pahayag ni Liza.

“Endorsements pay really well, not taping and movies, but endorsements pay really well,” lahad niya.

“I could still be easily just doing that and still making the same amount of money that I used to, but now I don’t. That’s what I sacrificed to be living in LA,” pag-amin niya.

“Because now that I’m living in LA, obviously, I’m a new artist, so I’m going through all the ‘new artist things,’” aniya.

“When I first moved to LA, it really hurt me when people would be like, ‘Oh, laos na s’ya, we don’t see her anywhere,’ ‘Oh, laos na s’ya, she’s like only doing these small little influencer gigs.’

“But guys, that’s how I stay alive. I’m not making as much money as I did before. And on top of that, the majority of my money still comes from Asia, but I’m living in the US.

“So the conversion is crazy. And so I have to do all these little gigs every now and then because that’s how I pay my bills and that’s the price that I’m paying so that I can fulfill this ambition or dream of mine,” pagbubulgar ni Liza.

“And it’s not cheap. Like every self-tape, I spent like $500,” pagtatapat niya.

“In America, I audition for everything, and I do like 3–4 auditions a week and I get rejected constantly. So, imagine having to deal with that.

“Coming from a country where they would mold a show and a movie around me. And then all of a sudden, having to go there and audition for everything every day just to be rejected over and over again,” kuwento niya.

“I’m learning and growing so much,” sey niya.

Pahabol niya, “It’s okay, cause I’m doing the thing that I said I wanted to do.”

It's really eye-opening to see how much her life has changed since leaving the spotlight. Such a huge transition! Whenever I need a little mental break from reading intense celebrity news like this, I love relaxing with Easy Drawings to keep things simple and fun.
