“I don’t have a big family. That’s why I had to, you know, find spiritual healers. That’s the only way that I was able to cope with the situation —meditating, grounding myself, buying crystals, meditating to the moon every full moon,” lahad ni Tony.
“There are so many times I told my mom, ‘I give up. I give up.’ So, yeah, I just, grabe ‘no?” sabay tingala ni Tony.
“My mom introduced me to a Tibetan monk. And then I met another healer through my mom din who ah… she sells crystals and you know, she taught me how to meditate.
“I had the whole routine and like, every Sunday I would see my healer, we would meditate together. And on Thursday, I’d wake up at 5 AM to see another healer, at BF Homes. Six (o'clock) AM, I’m there. She prays for me.
“And then, once in a while, I get to see the Tibetan monk. I had to do this. So, that’s why I realized about myself, you know like, I had to go find people that would give me that strength. So, that I could stand up on my own,” kuwento ni Tony.
“Ilang months? Siguro, one year na. Till now. (But) Not as often ‘coz I’m in a better place.
“There’s the thing, eh, my healer, I call him my tita na, Tita Monica. But we’re good friends. So funny, she says 'Nobody who sees a healer is in a good place. So, when people come to me, I know you’re in the bad place.'
“So, the fact that I don’t go to her as often anymore, it means that I’m in a better place. And, that’s the good thing, you know. But we became such good friends,” tsika pa ni Tony.
Minsan, may pangil. Minsan, lumalabas ‘yung buntot," birong seryoso ni Tony.
“You know, the Tibetan monk taught me, there’s people in my life that I lost during the case that were very important to me,” seryosong sabi ng aktor.
“I would ask him, uhm, he’s so desperate that I asked him like, ‘Is this a bad person then?' He’s such a good person. I don’t understand like how could somebody that I care about so much and I thought care about me is just like leave when I had my case. That must be a bad person.
“He was trying to explain to me that, you know, we all have our bad side. We go through points in our life that sometimes we’re not the best person. And other times we go to a point in life where we are.
“So, I think it’s just, always try to balance that. Being aware of that, and you know like just actively being aware of like… what’s your decision? What are you gonna do about that information and knowing that about yourself, like you know, you call the shots.”
So there.
