Nagsalita na si Miss Bohol Pauline Amelinckx sa kontrobersiyal na pagkakapanalo ni Michelle Marquez Dee bilang Miss Universe-Philippines 2023.

Kahit hindi nasungkit ni Miss Bohol ang korona bilang pambato sa Miss Universe ay sa kanya naman napunta ang title para sa Miss Supranational-Philippines.

Siyempre, talagang disappointed ang mga supporters ni Pauline sa hindi niya pagkakasungkit ng crown ng MU-PH. Tapos, napatungan pa nga ito ng kontrobersiya. Kaya, ganu'n na lang ang reaksiyon ng mga supporters ni Pauline sa social media.

At sa unang pagkakataon ay nagpahayag na si Pauline ng kanyang saloobin sa mga pangyayari.

"I was a little bit disappointed with myself too, if I can be perfectly honest. Of course, there are some areas after self-reflecting where I think, to myself, I could have done better and perhaps it could have change some of the results. But at the end of the day, that's still what if," lahad ni Pauline nu'ng makapanayam namin sa B.R.A.V.E. (Bolder Reactions Against Violence to Empower) beauty fashion show na ginanap sa Draper Startup House sa Makati City last Sunday (May 21).

Ayaw na raw isipin ni Pauline ang pagkabigo niyang masungkit ang MU-PH crown this year.

"And I don't want to ponder too much. Let's not ponder too much on the past because we can't change that anymore. Michelle is of course, very deserving, and I'm sure she'll make our country proud," sabay ngiti niya.

At para sa kanyang mga fans and supporters na nalungkot dahil hindi siya ang nakoronahan bilang 2023 MU-PH, ang sabi niya, "But when it comes to my fans, of course, we have something very excited to look forward to. So, hopefully you can still support me on this journey towards Poland and hopefully, help me pray and manifest the second Miss Supranational crown for the Philippines."

Sa July 14 na gaganapin ang Miss Supranational sa Strzelecki Park Amphitheater sa Malopolska, Poland, kaya bago matapos ang June ay lilipad na si Pauline patungo roon.

"So, start of June, I'll be getting into my trainings because at the moment, I'm still working on finishing all the requirements I need to submit to the Miss Supranational organization because the deadline is on May 31," sabi ni Pauline.

Anyway, palakpakan ang mga um-attend sa fashion show ng B.R.A.V.E. in partnership with JCI Makati Princess Urduja Organization.

Si Pauline ang president ng JCI Chocolate Hills, kaya kahit super hectic na ang schedule niya ay hindi niya nagawang palampasin ang naturang event.

Ang B.R.A.V.E. beauty fashion show is an inspiring fashion show na naglalayon na mai-promote ang body positivity and female empowerment.

Tampok sa event ang mga Pinoy fashion designers tulad nina Ericka Evangelista at Mikee Andrei, at ang iba pang mga esteemed models and expert speakers to empower individuals and foster self-acceptance.

Ang theater actress na si Michelle Unso ang president and advertising agency CEO ng JCI Makati Princess Urduja 2023, habang ang kanyang daughter na si Alek Unso ang chairperson this year, which makes her the youngest member of JCI Makati Princess Urduja.
