Hinainan ng impeachment complaint si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ngayong Lunes, Enero 19.


Inendorso ni Deputy Minority Leader at Pusong Pinoy Partylist Rep. Jett Nisay ang reklamong inihain ni Atty. Andre de Jesus.


Kabilang sa grounds ang umano'y betrayal of public trust sa pag-surrender kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa International Criminal Court (ICC) at hindi pag-veto sa unprogrammed appropriations sa national budget.


Kasama rin sa mga inilatag na grounds for impeachment ang graft and corruption kaugnay sa ghost projects at pagiging unfit umano ng Pangulo na mamuno dahil sa anila'y drug addiction.
