Naiuwi ng E-Gilas Pilipinas national team ng NBA 2K ang Southeast Asian regional crown ng eFIBA Season 1 nang talunin ang Indonesian national team sa grand finals, 2-0.
Umabot pa ang gap sa bawat game ng double digits, kung saan nasungkit ng Pilipinas ang 50 points sa parehong matches.
Tinawag na "dream team" ni Arthur James Malgapo, assistant team manager ng E-Gilas Pilipinas ang kasalukuyang roster. "I give full credit to the team. They are the best bunch of players ever put together. Dream Team talaga for NBA 2K Pro-Am in the Philippines," saad ni Malgapo.
"Seeing you grow not just closer as friends but from the maturity that comes with representing the country, I only see great things for the future of this team," dagdag niya sa kanyang mensahe sa team.
Ang final scores sa Games 1 at 2 ay 52-37 at 64-43. Binati rin ng Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) ang E-Gilas makaraan ang kanilang eFIBA Season 1 victory.
