Nagsalita na si King of Talk Boy Abunda tungkol sa mga issues at tsismis na lumabas hinggil sa naging interview niya sa Filipino-American Hollywood actress na si Vanessa Hudgens.

Matatandaang noong March 31 ay nagkaroon ng media conference sa bansa si Vanessa na si Tito Boy ang nag-host.

After the press conference ay marami na ngang lumabas na tsika, kabilang na nga ang diumano'y pagwawala ni Direk Paul Soriano at ayaw umanong ipa-interview sa entertainment press ang Hollywood actress.

Si Paul ang direktor ng documentary film ni Vanessa na kinunan dito sa Pilipinas.

Bukod sa issue ni Direk Paul ay may mga lumabas ding intriga kay Tito Boy na isa-isang in-address ng TV host sa kanyang Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.

Ayon kay Tito Boy ay may mga usapan na na-offend diumano si Vanessa dahil sa biglaang "fast talk" segment during the interview at na-upset si Direk Paul.

Inamin naman niyang hindi talaga parte ng presscon ang "fast talk" pero nagsimula raw mag-request ang mga tao sa event na gawin niya ito at nagsigawan pa ng, "Fast talk, fast talk!"

"Vanessa Hudgens po, nagtanong, 'Boy, what is Fast Talk?' Very quickly, ipinaliwanag ko, 'rapid-fire questioning, and then you tell me the first thing that comes to mind.' Itinuloy ko na po," paliwanag ng King of Talk.

Aniya ay wala naman daw indikasyon na na-offend si Vanessa.

"There was no indicator that Vanessa Hudgens was offended. She was having fun. The vibe was happy," aniya.

At nakita rin daw niya talaga kay Vanessa na hindi naman ito na-offend.

"She was not offended. I would know, I’ve been interviewing people for over 30 years," he said.

Pagdating sa isyung na-upset daw si Direk Paul dahil dito kaya biglang natigil ang one-on-one interview ng press kay Vanessa, ayon sa batikang TV host ay hindi niya ito alam.

Sa isyung he went off-script, ayon kay Kuya Boy ay binigyan daw siya ng script at ng program flow sa mediacon na sinunod naman daw niya ang lahat ng nakasulat doon.

Pero, siyempre sa interview ay hindi raw lahat provided sa script at mayroon ding mga bagay about Vanessa na na-feed sa kanya na itinanong niya.

But, most of if ay galing din sa kanilang research and before the interview ay napag-usapan pa raw nila ito ni Direk Paul.

"Did I go off-script? Hindi ho. I work hard on my interviews," paglilinaw niya.

In fact, nakatanggap pa nga raw siya ng mensahe from Vanessa's team saying na masaya naman sila sa naging turn-out ng event.

"They were very happy with Vanessa's visit to the Philippines and how it was handled. They were very happy about it. And, in particular, they had no complaints and they were very happy with our interview during the media conference,” wika pa ni Kuya Boy.

After the event ay nagkausap pa raw sila ni Direk Paul at wala naman itong binanggit na naging problema.

"Kaya hindi po ako naniniwala that he had an issue with me, because he could have called me out.

If he was bothered, if he was pissed with Fast Talk, I would have felt it," sey pa ng TV host.

Nagpaalam din daw siya kay Vanessa bago umalis, "I went to Vanessa, 'Vanessa, thank you for the opportunity.' You know what she said? 'Boy, I love your energy,'" kuwento ni Kuya Boy.

"So, in conclusion, ano ba ang problema? What is the problem? If you want a statement from me, this is what I’m gonna say, I don't just script my interviews, I live them. Maraming salamat po," pagtatapos ng King of Talk.
