Enebeyen! Ayaw tantanan ng mga Marites ang mag-asawang Direk Paul Soriano at Toni Gonzaga. Ngayon naman ay kina-cancel sila ng mga netizens for using government funds for their own personal "glories."

Sey ng isang netizen, "Paul Soriano, Press Adviser on Creative Communications, has to clarify something — did the government use fund for actress @VanessaHudgens stay? As well as when she got appointed by the government as the Global Tourism Ambassador? If yes, is there a personal conflict of interest in Soriano giving his wife exclusive access to Hudgens?”

Dugtong pa niya, "If yes, did Paul Soriano just commit graft by mixing government business with family business? Because Toni Gonzaga's blog is a private business for which she earns big."

May lumabas kasi sa PEP.ph na nakita nila at iba pang media na nakaparada sa tapat ng venue kung saan ginanap ang event para kay Vanessa ang tatlong tinted black vans at dalawang SUV at mga matitipunong bodyguards.

Understood daw na sina Vanessa, Direk Paul at mga kasama sa entourage nila ang hinihintay ng mga bodyguards.

Isa sa mga sasakyan ay isang mamahaling van na Alphard ang may sticker ng emblem at letters ng Presidential Security Guard (PSG) sa bandang windshield ng likod na pintuan, bandang kaliwa.

Hindi lang daw malinaw sa taga-PEP kung lehitimo ang sticker at kung PSG vehicle nga iyon.

Pero sa lakas daw ng dating ng convoy, halos 'di na maiisip pa na privately funded ang documentary project na ito.

At dito na nga nag-react ang mga netizens.

"If this is true - why does the government need to pay for it? Sayang pera."

"These government officials really don't have any financial ethics. There is no demarcation line to them between personal and individual assets. They are treating government money as their own! Real sign of corrupt practice!"

Pati ang misis ni Direk Paul na si Toni Gonzaga ay nadawit na rin sa pamba-bash sa kanya ng mga galit na netizens.
