BEA, INAKUSAHANG LAND GRABBER, NAGBANTANG MAGDEDEMANDA

Tinotoo ng manager ni Bea Alonzo na si Shirley Kuan ang unang pahayag na “That’s a very serious, careless and unfounded accusation. We shall release a statement from our legal counsel shortly.”

Ito’y bilang reaction sa tweet ng isang may Twitter handle na @ALOveyoutoo na “That’s nice, how about giving their land back” na reaction naman sa nabalitang treat ni Bea Alonzo sa mga kapitbahay na katutubong Aeta.

Lumabas na nga ang statement mula kay Atty. Joey V. Garcia ng GERA LAW for Ms. Bea Alonzo & Family.

“It is unfortunate that a certain “aloveyoutoo” made a very irresponsible & highly outrageous statement on Twitter asserting that Ms. Bea Alonzo should give “their - (referring to Aetas) land back.

"For the record, our client vehemently opposes that baseless & very unfair accusation.

"She & her family are the absolute & registered owners of the parcels of land in Zambales, acquired through legal & valid means.

"Let this message serve as a stern & final warning to that fellow who made the disparaging remarks against Ms. Bea Alonzo on social media to retract his/her unfounded accusation & to cease from further making defamatory statements that bring disrepute to our client.

"Otherwise, we shall be constrained to initiate all the appropriate legal actions against him/her in no time.”

As of 12:21 AM ng Friday, deleted na ang nasabing tweet ng nag-akusa kay Bea, pati ang isa pang tweet. Naka-private na rin ang account nito.

Pero sabi ng mga fans ni Bea, hindi sapat na dinelete niya ang kanyang tweet dahil retraction ng kanyang walang basehang akusasyon ang hinihingi ng kampo ni Bea.
