BBM, inendorso na ng NUP sa pagka-pangulo sa 2022 elections

Inilahad ng National Unity Party (NUP) ngayong Huwebes ang kanilang desisyon na iendorso ang presidential candidacy ni dating Senador Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

“We wish to announce that the National Unity Party (NUP) has decided to endorse the presidential bid of former Senator Bongbong Marcos,” pahayag ng grupo.

Ipinunto ng NUP na ang apela ni Marcos para sa pagkakaisa ng lahat na maresolba ang kahirapan ng bansa ay kahalintulad ng layunin ng partido na “one nation, one future” na nakasaad sa kanilang konstitusyon.

“BBM's call for unity as the basic strategy for economic recovery, amidst the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and global uncertainties, is consistent and supportive of the NUP’s primary vision of ‘one nation, one future’ as enshrined in the Party constitution,” saad ng partido.

Hinimok naman ng NUP, ang ibang party members na suportahan si Marcos at tulungan siya na makabangon at mapaunlad ang bansa.

“We call upon all our Party members to join hands with former Senator Marcos in bringing our country and people to continued prosperity and progress,” ayon pa sa NUP.
