Sabi sa kanta, “I will tread down a lonesome track. Set my eyes on the wild and won’t look back. I will follow where my heart reacts…
“Venture out to the great unknown. Find a place where I can feel alive again. Throw caution to the wind. I’ll find my feet on the way…
“Climbing up from the valley below. Seeing places and faces I’ve never known. I will follow the open road. Through the trees ‘til I see the sun…
“Now I know that I can feel alive again. Throw caution to the wind. I’ll find my feet on the way. Step by step I come alive…
“Lift my head up to the skies, won’t look back. I’ll chase the sun. Live the life I’m dreaming of. I’ll find my feet on the way…”
‘Di ba, nakakaintriga lalo na ‘yung line na “Won’t look back… I’ll chase the sun… live the life I’m dreaming of… I’ll find the feet in the way?”
He’s also the youngest son of Dr. Gilbert dela Cruz, na gitarista rin ng Progeny.
Graduate na sa college si David with a course on Diplomatic Affairs.
That night, sinorpresa kami ni Dr. Patrick sa Red Rhino when he joined his former band on stage and performed his version of Turning Japanese.
Incidentally, Dr. Gilbert celebrated his 67th birthday sa Red Rhino that night.
Well, good health at sana raw ay magkaroon na siya ng apo – ito ang wish ni Dr. Gilbert.
Parehong single pa kasi sina David and Dr. Patrick. Although, malapit nang ikasal si Dr. Patrick, on February 7.
Again, our birthday greetings to Dr. Gilbert! Many happy returns po, Doc!
