Aktres, kinasuhan sa Labor… RESBAK NG ABOGADO NI BEA SA DRIVER: BIASED KA DAHIL LOVER KA NG IDINEMANDA

Naglabas na ng opisyal na pahayag ang legal counsel ni Bea Alonzo tungkol sa mga reklamo ng driver na nagke-claim na nagtrabaho siya sa aktres. 

Nagsampa ng kaso ang driver na si Efren Torres delos Reyes sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Inireklamo ni Delos Reyes ang hindi pagtupad sa pagbibigay diumano sa kanya ng night shift differential pay, overtime pay, holiday pay, 13th month pay, illegal dismissal, maltreatment, harassment, at payment of separation pay ni Bea.

Pero sa nakalagay na official statement ng legal counsel ni Bea na si Atty. Joey Garcia, may malisya sa pag-file ng kaso ni Delos Reyes kontra sa aktres. 

Nilinaw din ni Atty. Garcia na kinuha ang driver ng pamilya ni Bea pero tumagal lamang ito ng tatlong buwan.       

Bukod d’yan, hindi si Delos Reyes ang naka-assign bilang personal driver ng aktres. 

Narito ang kumpletong nilalaman ng official statement ng legal counsel ni Bea na si Atty. Joey Garcia.

“The timing of Mr. Delos Reyes’ filing of the labor case is highly suspect.

“Since he was made a witness to one of the respondents among the criminal cases we filed not to mention him being a lover as admitted, then the intent behind said filing & the timeliness of such filing are too obvious not to be noticed.

“His acknowledgment of being involved as a lover clearly magnifies his bias and undermines his credibility which  yet again puts into question or doubt the true intent behind his & her lover-respondent’s legal maneuvers.

“For the record, Mr. Delos Reyes only served as service driver of the family and only for a short period of 3 months, he was not even assigned as Bea’s personal driver, for her professional engagements. Thus, his claims seem farfetched, unreasonable, if not unrealistic.

“It’s nothing but a pure harassment case, a desperate attempt to sponge off, an obvious act capitalizing on the criminal case.”

Oh, ayan na, siguro naman ay nabigyang-linaw ang ilang humuhusga kay Bea kung ano ang naging papel ng driver sa buhay ng aktres sa loob lang ng 3 months.

At teka, kung 3 months pa lang siya, bakit nagde-demand na siya ng 13th month pay? 

Naku, siguro naman, dahil sa nangyaring ito, magiging lesson na rin ito sa iba pang celebrities na mag-ingat sa mga kinukuha nilang kasambahay o driver dahil baka imbes makampante sila, eh, mas mawalan sila ng katahimikan kung aabot sa mga ganitong sitwasyon ang ganap, 'no!
