Sinabi ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. na handa ang kanyang administrasyon para sagutin ang mga agam-agam sa Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) kasunod ng petisyon na inihain sa Korte Suprema upang tukuyin ang sakop ng kapangyarihan nito.


“We'll just have to answer those allegations and we'll see how the Supreme Court decides so I haven't looked into it in any great detail as yet,” ayon kay PBBM.


Dagdag pa niya, “I’m very confident that we are on safe legal grounds, because before we started even thinking about organizing the ICI, I made sure that I got legal opinions from the best legal minds that I know.”


Samantala, hindi na rin umano nila ikinagulat ang pagkuwestiyon sa nasabing komisyon.
