The show must go on pa rin ang BINI, siyempre.

Sey ng mga fans: “Blooms expressed disappointment over BINI_ph’s Biniverse Dubai concert, citing the lack of production design, no LED screen for fans in a 17,000-capacity venue, and a missing ‘wow’ factor — many felt the ticket price just wasn’t worth it (heartbroken emoji).”

“I absolutely love the girls, but the production was a bit disappointing. There was no live screen for those of us at the back, so it was hard to really enjoy the show. With the ticket prices being that high—actually more expensive than Coldplay's concert last January—we honestly expected more (teary-eyed emoji).”

“Terribly disappointing. The worst concert that I have been in. I should have watched in YouTube instead. A LED screen is a basic necessity for a concert venue fit for 17,000 people. Lack of common sense and decency towards their supporters. Charged to experience but never again.”

“Producer ran all the money, forgetting the audience’s satisfaction. I was on VIP so it’s ok, but the back audience, without projector screen. Sigh.”

“#BINIverseDubai you gave us an experience that we can't forget... disappointment (crying emoji). No screens that will show or focus at least the faces? To think that you expected already audiences below 14 years of age. My Goodness! (heartbroken emoji).”

“It appears to me like a mall tour not a world tour level—production quality is low, no LED screen, no camera, nothing special... sa Dubai pa talaga ginawa where supposed most world-class concert is held...”

“That concert was… not worth the money. No LED screen kaya nagmukhang mall show.”

Still a good night but they could really have done better. Tickets weren’t cheap.”

Hala!

That time, kilala bilang fashion designer si Rikki.

Panimulang kuwento ni Charo, “In the ‘70s my mom and I traveled all the way from Calapan, Oriental Mindoro to Manila. Hanggang nakarating kami ng studios ng Channel 13.”

Aniya, “I was invited to guest by the late Rikki Jimenez, the person who discovered me, to walk down the ramp on the show Seeing Stars with Joe Quirino.”

I felt so out of place na ayaw ko nang gawin.”

Sabi niya, ‘Mrs. Santos, ano ba naman ‘yang anak mo, bumiyahe pa kayo all the way from Calapan, pagkatapos iiyak lang dito.’ Because I really broke down in the banyo.

“But and behold, two models approached me and asked me, ‘Oh, Charo, bakit ka umiiyak?’ Sabi ko, ‘Kasi hindi ko kaya talaga. Kinakabahan ako, so ayaw ko na.’ (Sabi nila), ‘Charo naman, maglalakad ka lang. It’s okay. This will not kill you. You will not die.’”

Kung hindi in-encourage ng mga models si Charo, eh, di sana, hindi siya naging "reyna"  sa ABS-CBN at hawak ang record as host ng longest-drama anthology show on TV na Maalaala Mo Kaya.
