Super Lotto 6/49 player wins over ₱25 Million jackpot

After 20 years of playing the lottery, a middle-aged man from Parañaque City finally won the ₱25,303,908.47 jackpot in the Super Lotto 6/49 draw on September 6, 2026. He claimed his winnings at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City on September 8,2026.

The winning ticket, purchased through Lucky Pick at an authorized PCSO lotto outlet in Parañaque, matched all six numbers 39-29-44-15-43-25.

The winner, a self-employed man who has been playing the lotto regularly for two decades, shared that he kept placing bets in lottery because he believed in the game's legitimacy and held on to the hope that his lucky break would eventually come.

Now that his longtime wish has come true, he plans to use his winnings to build a better future for his family. During his interview, he said he intends to set aside money for his children's education and future, as well as to pay off his family’s debts and personal obligations. He also plans to continue helping his mother with her small business, which serves as one of their sources of livelihood.

The winner expressed his gratitude to PCSO for the life-changing opportunity. He said the jackpot gives him hope for a more secure future and a better life for his family.

The PCSO reminds all jackpot winners to sign the back of their winning tickets immediately and claim their prizes within one year from the date of the draw. In accordance with the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law, jackpot prizes exceeding ₱10,000 are subject to a 20 percent final tax.

Through every Lotto ticket purchased, the public also helps fund PCSO's charity programs, including medical assistance, health services, and other initiatives that benefit Filipinos in need.

The Super Lotto 6/49 draws are held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 9:00 p.m., and are broadcast live on IBC-13, D8TV, and the PCSO Games Online Hub Facebook page.
