Bumuhat ng panibagong ng tatlong gintong medalya si 2021 Southeast Asian Games champion Vanessa Sarno upang mag-ambag ng medalya sa Pilipinas na umabot na sa kabuuang 15 gintong medalya sa national weightlifting team sa 2022 Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships sa Uzbekistan Sports Complex sa Tashkent City.

Kinokonsiderang susunod sa yapak ni 2020+1 Tokyo Olympics gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz ang 17-anyos na Boholano weightlifter ang isa sa mga kinokonsiderang susunod ay bumuhat ng pambihirang kabuuang timbang na 203kgs mula sa 100kgs sa snatch at 130kgs sa clean and jerk upang makuha ang junior’s women’s 71kgs category.

Jaluag and Te Issai Danao Thank you so much po sa pag train po saken araw araw,sa support niyo po lage sa akin at sa pagtitiwala po sa akin na kaya ko po lage sa mga laro ko po,” wika ni Sarno na matatandaang lumikha ng games at national record sa nagdaang biennial meet sa Hanoi, Vietnam sa kabuuang 239kgs at mga games record ding 104kgs sa snatch at 135 sa clean and jerk, upang tambakan ang silver medalists na si Siriyakorn Khaipandung ng Thailang sa 223kgs at Restu Anggi ng Indonesia sa 212kgs.


Nauna ng nagbulsa ng gold medal sina Angeline Colonia (2 golds at 1 silver, Youth women's 40kg. category), Rose Jean Ramos (3 golds, Youth women's 45kg. category; 1 gold, 1 silver, at 1 bronze, Junior division), Rosalinda Faustino (3 golds, Youth women's 49kg. category), Rosegie Ramos (3 golds, Junior women's 49kg. category) at Prince Keil delos Santos (2 bronzes, Youth men's 49kg. category).
