Sana all may incentive at rice allowance

May insentibo na, may pa-bigas pa.

Ito ang good news para sa mga empleyado ng gobyerno.

Inaprubahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. na administrative order, na magbibigay ng service recognition incentive sa executive department.

Nakasaad pa sa AO na bibigyan ng one-time rice allowance ang lahat ng gov't employees ngayong taon.

Ayon sa AO, hindi dapat lumagpas sa P20,000 ang one-time service recognition incentive sa executive department personnel.

Kabilang sa maaaring tumanggap ng insentibo ay ang mga civilian personnel sa national government agencies (NGAs), pati na ang mga nasa state universities and colleges (SUCs), government-owned or controlled corporations (GOCCs), regular, contractual o casual employees, miyembro ng military o pulis pati na ang fire at jail personnel na nasa ilalim ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

Gayundin sakop ng service recognition incentive ang mga personnel sa Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), at National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA).

Maaari rin mabigyan ng one-time SRI ng kani-kanilanng heads of office ang mga empleyado sa Kamara at Senado, Judiciary, Office of the Ombudsman at Constitutional offices.

At maaari rin bigyan ng insentibo ang mga empleyado sa local government units (LGUs), kasama na ang mga nasa barangay depende sa financial capability ng LGUs.

Kaugnay nito, kukunin ang pondo sa insentibo sa NGAs, SUCs at military and uniformed personnel sa Personnel Services (PS) allotment sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 11639 0 2022 national budget.

Samantala, makakasama naman sa one-time rice assistance ang mga civilian personnel sa NGAs, SUCs, GOCCs, government financial institutions (GFIs), government instrumentalities with corporate powers, at government corporate entities occupying regular, contractual o casual positions.

Kasama rin rice allowance ang military, police, fire at jail personnel pati na ang Bucor, PCG at NAMRIA employees.

Sana all talaga! Tunay na 'merry' ang Christmas nila.

Pero sa kabilang banda, malaking bagay talaga ang mga naturang biyaya sa mga empleyado ng gobyerno, lalo na ngayong patuloy ang pagtaas ng presyo ng mga bilihin at bayarin.

Sana lamang ay maibigay direkta sa mga dapat makatanggap at hindi mapunta sa mga kapalmuks na mahilig manamantala.
