Pinatawan ng expulsion ng Kamara si Cavite 4th District Rep. Kiko Barzaga matapos aprubahan ng House of Representatives ang rekomendasyon ng House Committee on Ethics sa botong 265 pabor, 14 tutol, at 8 abstentions.
Nag-ugat ang desisyon sa mga alegasyon ng disorderly behavior at conduct unbecoming of a member of the House of Representatives laban sa kongresista.
Isinagawa ang botohan sa plenaryo bilang pagsunod sa rekomendasyon ng House Committee on Ethics matapos ang kanilang imbestigasyon sa naturang usapin.
