Humiling ang Office of the Ombudsman na maglabas ng precautionary hold departure order (PHDO) laban kina Senador Francis “Chiz” Escudero at Maynard Ngu, na iniimbestigahan kaugnay ng umano’y plunder, graft, at indirect bribery sa isyu ng flood control projects.

Kaugnay nito, nai-raffle na ang naturang aplikasyon sa 6th Division ng Sandiganbayan, kahapon, Abril 25.
