LIPA CITY, Batangas — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over a ₱500,000 grant under the Institutional Partnership Program (IPP) to Lingap Pangarap ng Mga Paslit Center, Inc. during a ceremonial check turnover at the PCSO Batangas Branch Office on December 15, 2025.
The assistance was formally received by Andrea Lontoc, President of Lingap Pangarap ng Mga Paslit Center, Inc., from Branch Head Brenda de Guzman and Social Worker Mary Rose Ebora. The support will help sustain the institution’s programs and services for children under its care.
Lingap Pangarap ng Mga Paslit Center, Inc. was also formally welcomed as one of the newest partner institutions under the IPP, marking the start of a collaborative effort aimed at expanding the reach and impact of its social initiatives.
Among these is the organization’s flagship “Care Meals on Wheels” program, which delivers food assistance to various sectors across Batangas, including caregivers at the Batangas Medical Center, persons deprived of liberty at the Batangas City Jail, workers and helpers at the Batangas Fishport, and identified schoolchildren in the province.
The turnover forms part of PCSO’s continuing implementation of the IPP, which provides support to qualified organizations nationwide, in line with the agency’s mandate to uplift the welfare of marginalized sectors, particularly children, through sustained partnerships and responsible social programs.
