Dalawa sa 10 miyembro ng Philcycling National men's team na Southeast Asian Games medalist Ronald Oranza at Jan Paul Morales ang papadyak katunggali iba't ibang teams sa Tour of Luzon: Great Revival na magsisimula sa Huwebes (April 24) sa Paoay, Ilocos Norte.


Pangungunahan ni Oranza, double bronze medalist ng Cambodia 2023 SEAG at ni Morales ang lider sa International Cycling Union (UCI) continental team kasama si veteran Junrey Navarra ang 8th-stage race.


Kakarera rin sina reigning national road champion Marcelo Felipe at Nichol Pareja, sa continental team, Victoria Sports Pro Cycling Team, maging si Ruzzel Agapito ng 7-Eleven Click Roadbike. Sasabak ang teams ng Go For Gold PHL, Dandex T-Prime Cycling, Exodus Army, MPT Drive Hub Cycling, 1 Team Visayas, One Cycling Mindanao at Team Pangasinan.


Mangunguna sina Steven Tablizo at Andrei Deudor sa PHL Under-23 Tom N Toms squad, Joshua Pascual at Julius Tudtud ng Excellent Noodles at Dreyna Orion Cement squads.


Ang opening ceremony ay sa quadrangle ng world heritage site San Agustin (Paoay) Church kung saan si DILG Secretary “Jonvic” Remulla kasama si Abraham “Bambol” Tolentino, pangulo ng POC at PhilCycling na magbubukas.


Iwe-welcome ng gobernador at lider ng Paoay ang 119 atleta at 17 teams sa opening ceremony habang si MPTC Chief Regulatory Officer Arrey Perez ang sa opening remarks. Patutunugin ni DuckWorld chairman Patrick “Pató Gregorio ang kampana na hudyat ng simula ng criterium at track races.


Iuuwi ng individual overall winner ang P500K at ang overall team champion ay P1-M. Dumating na ang CCN Factory Hong Kong kahapon, kasunod ang Malaysia Pro Cycling, Bryton Racing Team ng Taiwan at Gapyeong Cycling Team ng South Korea na darating sa Laoag ngayong Martes. Ang Tour ay may kabuuang 1,074.90-km.
