Nagmistulang dagat ang National Highway sa Brgy. Binoclutan, Botolan, Zambales, dahil sa walang tigil na pagbuhos ng ulan nitong Miyerkules, Agosto 19. Umabot na sa baywang ang taas ng baha, dahilan upang hindi na madaanan ng mga sasakyan ang naturang kalsada.
