Nabasa namin ang Instagram (IG) post ni Louie Heredia patungkol sa interview nina Korina Sanchez at Julius Babao sa Discaya couple at ang sagot ni Korina sa post ni Louie.

Post ni Louie, “Korina Sanchez and Julius Babao are actually heroes! I say this because of their interview with that woman... a can of worms was opened... and now, we are seeing all the different personalities that are involved in it. IF THEY DID NOT INTERVIEW THIS WOMAN... we would never have seen the different personalities involved in this flood control corruption.”

Sinagot ni Korina ang post ni Louie, “We asked them if it was okay to show all the evidence of wealth. They said go ahead, we are transparent.”

Nag-agree kay Louie ang mga netizens at “silver lining” pa nga ang itinawag nila. May nag-comment naman, “We still like you, Ms. Korina, but please next time, don’t give undeserving people a chance to be popular.”

Sa kanyang IG, may mga nagpapasalamat din kay Korina sa interview niya sa Discaya couple at pansin namin, natigil na ang pamba-bash sa kanya. 

May nagpayo sa kanya, “Sometimes you really just have to pray and forgive them. Ikaw na lang iintindi. And for that you have gained my RESPECT! Thank you Korina and @juliusbabao!”

Sagot ni Korina, “Forgiveness.”

SINUNOD ni Edu Manzano ang request ng mga followers niya sa Instagram (IG) na ituluy-tuloy lang niya ang pagpo-post ng memes tungkol sa mga corrupt na tao dahil sunud-sunod na naman ang post nito.

Sa isang post, ginaya niya ang mga anak ng contractors o nepo babies sa pagpo-post ng kanilang OOTD (outfit of the day) na umabot sa $2,820,450 million lahat.

Nakakatawa rin ang sagot ng aktor sa mga nag-comment at sa nagbiro na humingi ng barya. Ani Edu, wala na siyang barya, puro buo.

Sa meme post ni Edu ng Fast and Furious movie na ginawa niyang “Fast and Fallacious: Manila Heist Ride or Hide,” may tagline siyang “Brothers by Flood not by Blood.” 

Nakakaloka pa ang hashtag niyang #takaskotse #singilanna #korupt #TaxpayersUnite #StopTheFloods.

Pati mga celebrities, nag-e-enjoy sa posts ni Edu at may mga requests pa sila kung ano ang dapat sunod na corruption series na kanyang ipo-post. 

Huwag daw niyang tigilan hanggang hindi nakakarating sa mga corrupt at hanggang walang nakakasuhan at nakukulong.

NADINE, TODO-BANAT DAW SA MGA KORUP, NAGPO-PROMOTE NAMAN NG ONLINE GAMBLING

PAGKATAPOS ng ‘nonchalant’, ang ‘performative’ ang favorite word ng GenZ ngayon na ibig sabihin ay “dramatic or artistic performance” na ipinag-react ni Nadine Lustre. 

Sa sagot nito sa netizen, obvious na hindi nito nagustuhan na tinawag na “performative” ang kanyang interview.

Na-interview si Nadine ni MJ Marfori sa News5 tungkol sa controversial flood control projects sa bansa.

Sagot ni Nadine sa interview, “Obviously, people are going to react kasi with everything that’s been going on, the typhoons, the flood, and everything, people are not seeing improvements. So mali talaga. 

“I’m really sad seeing people struggling, going through all of these like losing their homes, their pets, their livelihood just because we cannot find a solution to it. S’yempre, nakakagalit at nakakalungkot na makita na ‘yung ibinabayad na buwis, sa ganu’n lang napupunta. Nakakainis talaga.”

Ang comment ng netizen na ipinag-react ni Nadine ay “100% I don’t hate Nadine, but she gives off huge performative energy. Plus the fact na isa s’ya sa mga big celebrities na nagpo-promote ng online gambling dito sa Pilipinas. But that’s a discussion for another day.”

Nabasa ni Nadine ang comment at sinagot, “There’s nothing performative about that interview. Nakakagalit naman talaga ‘yung sitwasyon ng Pilipinas ngayon. Ano ‘kala mo sa akin, manhid? Lol (laugh out loud) at the ‘I don’t hate Nadine but...’ statement, just admit that you do.”

In fairness kay Nadine, isa siya sa mga celebrities na nagsasalita kapag may nakitang mali sa gobyerno, sa mga politicians at sa mga dapat i-call out. Tama naman ang sagot niya, kaya ipinagtatanggol siya ng kanyang mga fans.
