“I remember a time where boxing saved me. I was trying to move on from a dark time in my life where I quit everything. Everything... (let's save that for later) but by finding this new hobby of mine, got my days exciting again, it made my sad mood swings go away because I had purpose again, purpose that pushed myself to be better than I was yesterday,” ang bahagi ng caption ni Yassi.

“Of course, more challenges throughout the years came up, but thankfully, that didn't stop me. I then found MMA, and that inspired me to get back and fight anxiety, MMA motivated me again,” sey niya.

“I'll always be thankful for this sport. I am not pretending to be a pro, nor am I trying to be one in the future. I am just grateful for things that make me feel alive,” ani Yassi.

“I salute every strong person out there who is fighting a battle that no one knows about. Keep going.

“It's inevitable that some days or weeks you'll feel overwhelmed by everything that's going on, but know that that's okay. I hope this reminder inspires you to find something to keep your mind and body healthy. Always take care of yourselves & check up on your friends,” aniya.
