Inilunsad ng Pag-IBIG ang Virtual Offices 24/7 serbisyo para sa overseas Filipino

Hello, Bulgarians! Kamakailan ay inilunsad ng mga opisyal ng Pag-IBIG Fund ang Pag-IBIG Virtual Offices upang makatulong sa overseas Filipino sa North America (United States & Canada), United Kingdom & Ireland, United Arab Emirates & Kuwait, at Singapore.
Ang Pag-IBIG Virtual Offices ay nagsimula ng kanilang operasyon noong Hunyo, 2021. Ang modelo ng serbisyo ay pag-alis mula sa tradisyunal na serbisyo sa ibang bansa ng ahensiya na pisikal na may tao at bukas lamang sa mga itinakdang oras.
“With the Pag-IBIG Virtual Offices, our online service platform will provide service that transcends distance and time zones. Distance will no longer be a hindrance to service our OFWs. This is aligned with President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s call to make government service responsive to the needs of the public by harnessing technology,” pahayag ni Secretary Eduardo D. del Rosario, na namumuno sa parehong Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD), at ang 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees.
Ayon kay Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Acmad Moti, ang Virtual Offices ay mas kombenyente para sa mga Pinoy abroad na maaaring maka-access online via email at sa Facebook, na pinatatakbo ng team sa Manila na mayroong round-the-clock shifts na siguradong ligtas ang transaksiyon sa Pag-IBIG Fund’s systems at database.
“With our Virtual Office, it’s like OFWs having their own personal Pag-IBIG Fund branch at their fingertips. With just a smartphone and an internet connection, our members overseas can now do their transactions with Pag-IBIG Fund online, anytime, wherever they are. What’s more, we now have a dedicated team of people behind each Virtual Office who are specially trained to quickly resolve concerns of our members abroad. We know that our overseas Filipino workers deserve the best service from us. By harnessing technology and offering our services online, we are glad that we can give them the same type of service that our members here in the Philippines receive. And that is tapat na serbisyo, mula sa puso,” saad ni Moti.
