Ang ilang mga natirang residente ng District 4 sa Barangay Roxas, Quezon City na naiwan sa evacuation center sa multipurpose gym at hindi pa makabalik sa kani-kanilang bahay kahit humupa na ang tubig-baha dahil hindi pa naiaayos ang mga kagamitan sa loob ng bahay na nananatiling maputik ang lugar.
