Inilunsad ng Olongapo City Government sa pangunguna ng Youth and Sports Office ang ika-7 taong recycle regatta sa Driftwood Beach sa Bgy. Barretto kung saan tampok ang mga bangka na gawa sa mga plastik na bote ng softdrinks at mineral water na siyang gamit sa naturang paligsahan.
