Henry Teves, naghain ng kandidatura

Naghain ng kanilang kandidatura para sa espesyal na halalan sa ikatlong kongresyunal na distrito ng Negros Oriental sina dating Governor Pryde Henry Teves na kapatid ni Rep. Arnie Teves, at kasalukuyang Mayor ng Bacong na si Lenin Alviola.

“This morning November 8, 2023, we have take heed to the call of our constituents, together with my beloved wife and supporters, i have filed my Certificate of Candidacy for Congressman for the 3rd Congressional District of the Province of Negros Oriental. May the Almighty God bless our commitment to serve,” saad ni Teves sa kanyang Facebook post.

Pupunan ng espesyal na halalan ang puwesto na iniwan ni dating Rep. Arnie Teves na tinanggal sa Kongreso matapos siyang ituring na may kaugnayan sa marahas na pagpatay sa kalaban na si Gov. Roel Degamo.
