Ipinababalik ni impeachment court presiding officer Sen. Chiz Escudero sa Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) ang “green box” na naglalaman ng tax records ni Vice President Sara Duterte at ng kanyang mister na si Atty. Manases Carpio. 


Wala pa aniyang legal na kautusan para ilipat sa kustodiya ng Senado ang kahon, at hindi pa rin ito pormal na iniaalok o namamarkahan bilang ebidensya sa impeachment trial.
