Kinumpirma ni dating Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Usec. Roberto Bernardo na ilang beses nilang dinalhan ng kickback si Sen. Francis ‘Chiz’ Escudero mula sa ilang flood control projects.
“Sometime, early 2025, I made the first delivery of P160 million for Senator Chiz Escudero at the Cherry Mobile Building at Maynard Ngu in Apacible St., Manila,” ayon kay Bernardo.
Dagdag pa niya, “Thereafter, early 2025 I made the second delivery of P120 million for Senator Chiz Escudero also at the Cherry Mobile Building of Maynard Ngu.”
