Sampung barangay at tatlong police community precincts sa Makati City ang nakatanggap ng cash prizes para sa 2022 Search for the Most Child-Friendly Barangay and PCPs.

“Congratulations to all the barangays and PCPs who were vetted as most child-friendly this year. Because of your hard work and dedication, Makati continues to be a safe place for children. We are truly grateful to have you as our trustworthy partners in building safe communities for young Makatizens to thrive and achieve their full potential,” pahayag ni Mayor Abby Binay sa isang press statement.

Ayon kay Binay, “All 33 barangays are automatically considered participants in the annual competition and are grouped into five categories based on their similarities, such as income, population, and presence/absence of elementary and high schools.”

“Barangays are evaluated in key areas based on the children’s survival, development, protection, and participation,” dagdag ng mayor.
