Mismong ang abogado na ni Cassandra Li Ong na si Atty. Ferdinand Topacio ang nagsabing puwede na umano itong ituring na fugitive kasabay ng pananatili nitong ‘at large’ sa kasong qualified human trafficking na konektado sa Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) hub sa Pampanga.


“That I will have to admit,” ayon kay Topacio.


Gayunpaman, nananatili pa rin umano siyang legal counsel ni Ong kahit mismong siya ay hindi tukoy kung nasaan ito.


Batay sa ulat, huli umanong namataan si Ong sa Japan noong first quarter ngayong taon.
